Box structure:

The car is mainly composed of three parts: box body, push plate and rear door. 

The body of the car is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. There is a discharge push plate inside, a stainless steel sewage tank is installed under the carriage, and a filter screen is installed at the bottom of the garbage tank to initially achieve solid-liquid separation of garbage.

The main structure is concentrated on the rear door. The upper part of the rear door is the feeding port, and the lower part of the rear door is provided with a compression device. The oil cylinder drives the compression device to reciprocate back and forth, and continuously press the garbage into the front of the box. The rear door is equipped with a trash can lifting mechanism, which can load two 240L trash cans or one 660L trash can at one time. The whole process can be easily completed by only one person operating the switch, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operator and better improves the working environment.

When the garbage in the compartment needs to be discharged, the switch can be manipulated to open the rear door, and the garbage can be pushed out from the front to the back with the push plate, so that it can be thoroughly cleaned. Open the drain valve under the car body, and remove the oil, water and other impurities in the sedimentation tank.

Vehicle structure

Easy to operate

Bodywork control mode: remote operation, control panel operation, maintenance emergency mode operation. The advanced "CAN bus + professional controller mode" is adopted to ensure the interlocking of each operation command reliably and stably. Remote operation and control panel operation are equipped with emergency stop switches. Equipped with a wireless remote control, it can control the operation of the compression truck, and can complete the full control of the filling, compression and unloading processes.

Safe and reliable:

1. The lifting frame adopts the advanced structure designed by our company, which is safe and stable. It can firmly stabilize the trash can during the process of turning the bucket, and ensure that the trash can does not fall off.

2. Hydraulic locks are provided at the lift cylinder and rear door cylinder of the vehicle to ensure that the lift device or the rear door will not fall when the oil pipe bursts suddenly, ensuring safety.

3. The box is equipped with a safety rack. When the back door needs to be opened, the safety rack can be supported to protect personal safety.

4. Using the remote control to operate remotely, the operator puts the trash can on the lifting device, and can retreat to the safe area for remote control, which not only completes the operation requirements, but also ensures the safety of the operator.

5. The remote control and the control panel are equipped with emergency stop switches to ensure that the garbage loader and the pressing mechanism stop in any state or any position, and ensure the safety of the operation.

6. The protection level of each operation button in the electronic control system should be able to reach IP56; the wiring of the wiring harness is reasonable and beautiful, and anti-extrusion measures should be taken in the active parts.
