Multiple working modes

The car has a variety of functions such as cleaning trash cans, road cleaning, single-point spraying, and hand-held spray gun cleaning.

The two modes of trash can cleaning and road cleaning can be converted into each other. The road cleaning device is arranged at the front of the car. When not cleaning the trash can, it can be switched to road cleaning. The cleaning width is up to 1750mm, and the cleaning pressure is 10-16 MPa; it has a single-point spray function to clean the curb.

Equipped with an imported heater, the heater uses fuel heating to share fuel with the vehicle chassis.

The heater outlet temperature can reach 40°-80°C, with high thermal efficiency and rapid temperature rise. In addition, the heater is also equipped with a thermostat. The user can choose whether to heat according to the operation needs, and can adjust the water temperature of the heater according to the actual needs.

There is an imported high-pressure rotating nozzle in the cleaning cabin, which rotates 360° to clean the inside of the trash can with high pressure to ensure that the inside of the trash can is fully cleaned. There is a rotating spray rod in the cleaning bin of this car, and the high-pressure water is sprayed through the fan nozzle on the spray rod, and the 360° rotation is used to perform high-pressure cleaning on the outside of the trash can. The number of cleaning cycles can be arbitrarily set according to the actual situation of the operation.

Equipped with imported hand-held water spray gun, the quality is reliable, mainly for manual cleaning of the dead corners of the trash can, and the water spray effect of the water spray gun can be flexibly adjusted in real time.

Leading technology

This car integrates the function of bucket washing and road maintenance, which fills the gap of domestic miniature bucket washing vehicles.

The bucket turning device can carry out the bucket turning operation for 120L and 240L trash cans, and the bucket turning device can automatically compress the trash can to ensure that the trash can will not fall during the operation.

The running and operation functions of the chassis are separated and independent. The high-pressure water power of the bucket washing operation and the road maintenance function is derived from the micro gasoline engine installed on the top, which has high power and low energy consumption.

There is a stainless steel washing box and an electronic water pump. When there are many stains on the outside of the trash can, operate the washing switch, and the electronic water pump will spray the washing liquid to the outside of the trash can through the 360° rotation of the spray rod, and then perform high-pressure water cleaning to ensure that the outside of the trash can is stained.

More thorough cleaning. The car is equipped with 2 buckets of special cleaning agent for trash cans, and is equipped with a manual watering can that can also manually spray the cleaning agent on the outer surface of the trash can. There are two operating modes.

The vehicle is equipped with a sewage pump. After washing the bucket, the sewage in the cleaning tank can be sucked into the sewage tank, so as to ensure the continuous washing operation of the vehicle. The sewage of the vehicle can be discharged at a fixed point, or it can be connected with the swill truck, and the sewage can be pumped into the swill truck through the sewage pump of the vehicle to realize the sealing and recycling of the sewage.
